Carpet Steam Cleaning
Professional hot-water extraction for carpets, rugs, upholstery and mattresses. Many Darwin leases specifically require carpets to be professionally steam cleaned with a receipt, so check your agreement before you book.
Window Cleaning
Internal glass, tracks and sills are part of every bond clean. This add-on covers upper-floor windows, hard-to-access external glass, and anything needing ladder or pole access beyond standard reach.
Oven & Kitchen Deep Clean
Your oven, rangehood and filters are already included in a standard bond clean. Choose this add-on for severely baked-on grease, BBQs, or a full kitchen degrease on properties that haven’t been cleaned in years.
Mould Removal & Treatment
Darwin’s wet season drives mould into bathroom silicone, window seals and wardrobe corners. Routine mould is handled in your bond clean; this add-on covers heavier growth that needs proper treatment, not just wiping.
Pressure Washing & Exterior
Driveways, patios, paths, carports and exterior walls. Useful for houses and townhouses where the property manager inspects outdoor areas as part of the final walkthrough, not just the interior.
Wall Washing
Light scuffs are spot-cleaned as part of every bond clean. Where walls have crayon, pen, or large areas of visible soiling beyond fair wear and tear, full wall washing is quoted as a separate service.

Our bond-back guarantee applies to the areas and services included in your booking. If you skip an add-on your lease requires — carpet steam cleaning being the most common — that area sits outside the guarantee, so we’ll always flag it up front rather than let it become a surprise at inspection.

What’s the difference between a bond clean and a regular house clean?+
A regular clean maintains a home you’re still living in — surfaces, floors, bathrooms. A bond clean is an inspection-grade clean of a property you’re handing back, covering areas a regular clean never touches: inside the oven, window tracks, air-conditioning filters, rangehood filters and skirting boards. It’s measured against your entry condition report, not against how tidy the place looks.
Do I need professional carpet cleaning to get my bond back?+
It depends on your lease. Many Darwin rental agreements specifically require carpets to be professionally steam cleaned at the end of tenancy, with a receipt as proof. Are external windows included in a bond clean?+
Internal glass, tracks and sills are always included, along with external windows you can safely reach from ground level. Upper-floor windows, or anything needing extended ladder, pole or elevated access, sits outside standard scope and is quoted separately. For units and apartments, balcony glass reachable from the balcony itself is included.
Can I book add-on services without a full bond clean?+
Yes. Carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning, mould treatment and pressure washing can all be booked as standalone jobs — you don’t need to be moving out. Bundling them with a bond clean is usually more cost-effective, but it isn’t a requirement.
Is mould removal part of a standard bond clean?+
Routine mould on bathroom grout and silicone is treated as part of every bond clean — in Darwin’s climate that’s simply standard work, not an extra. Heavier growth, such as widespread mould on walls, ceilings or inside wardrobes after a wet season, needs proper treatment and is quoted separately.
Do you provide a cleaning receipt for each service?+
Yes — every service is documented on your receipt, itemised individually. This matters because property managers often ask specifically for proof of professional carpet cleaning as a separate line item, not just a general cleaning invoice.
How much do the add-on services cost?+
