- Wet-season mould: check bathroom silicone, window seals, wardrobe corners and behind furniture — humidity means mould appears in places it never would down south.

What do property managers check during a final inspection?+
They compare the property against your entry condition report, room by room — focusing on the kitchen (oven, rangehood), bathrooms (grout, silicone), window tracks, air-conditioning filters, skirting boards, walls and floors.
